Terms of Service

1. General Provisions

This document (hereinafter — the Offer) is a proposal from individual entrepreneur Tilabov Zafar Anvarovich (PINFL 31712970270010), addressed to an indefinite circle of persons.

The TestOnline.uz platform provides users with the ability to upload PDF/DOCX documents, MP4/AVI videos, MP3/WAV audio and text materials for automatic test creation using artificial intelligence.

Placement of this Offer text on the website is considered by the Executor as an offer to conclude a contract. Any person who has registered, made a payment or started using the platform is considered to have fully and unconditionally agreed to all terms of the Offer.

Relations between the parties are regulated by the Civil Code of the Republic of Uzbekistan, laws «On Electronic Commerce», «On Personal Data» and other regulatory acts.

2. Terms and Definitions

TestOnline.uz Platform:

Software and technical complex located at https://testonline.uz, designed for creating tests based on uploaded materials. The platform uses API services from ElevenLabs Scribe, Google Gemini and Anthropic Claude.

Services:

Functions and capabilities provided by the Executor: receiving and processing materials, creating tests, viewing results, editing and downloading in PDF format.

User:

An individual or legal entity that has accepted this Offer and uses the Executor's services.

Personal Account:

Protected section that opens after user registration, which stores personal data, order history, available credits, test settings and other information.

Credits:

Conditional units spent for processing materials: 1 credit is charged for one document page, 3 credits for one minute of audio or video. The number of credits depends on the selected tariff.

3. Subject of Agreement

The Executor provides the User with test creation services based on uploaded materials, and the User accepts these services and pays for them.

Services are provided remotely, in electronic form. The User understands that the quality of tests depends on the uploaded materials and the capabilities of third-party algorithms.

To use the service, the User must register, provide correct data and choose a tariff plan.

4. Service Provision Procedure

1. User uploads materials in PDF, DOCX, MP4, AVI, MP3, WAV formats and text. Maximum file size is 3 GB.
2. After upload, the system automatically analyzes materials and creates tests. User can choose language, number, type and complexity of questions.
3. Ready tests are displayed in the personal account. User has the ability to view, edit and download them in PDF format.
4. Access to services is provided according to tariffs. Free basic tariff includes 30 document pages and 10 minutes of audio/video.
5. Payment is made through integrated payment systems. After payment confirmation, the subscription is activated.
6. The Executor may temporarily suspend the service for updates or troubleshooting.

5. Rights and Obligations of the Parties

Executor's Obligations

• Provide services in accordance with the Offer terms
• Confidentially store users' personal data
• Notify about changes in tariffs and technical works
• Provide access to personal account and transaction history
• Provide information about subscription status and credit balance

Executor's Rights

• Change the Offer, tariffs and functions from the moment of publication on the website
• Suspend services for violation of Offer terms
• Refuse registration for false data
• Transfer anonymized data to partners to improve the service

User's Obligations

• Provide accurate data during registration
• Follow platform usage instructions
• Not upload materials that violate the law
• Pay for services according to the selected tariff
• Respect copyright in relation to uploaded materials

User's Rights

• Use services based on the selected tariff
• Cancel services with refund for unused period
• Contact support service regarding service operation
• Receive information about subscription status and credit balance

6. Service Cost and Payment Procedure

Current tariffs and prices are published in the «Prices» section. Prices are indicated in national currency (sum).

Payment is made by cashless method through integrated payment systems. User pays payment system commissions.

Services are considered provided after access to functions is granted and credits are charged for material processing.

7. Guarantees and Liability

The Executor strives for uninterrupted service operation but is not responsible for temporary interruptions due to independent reasons.

The Executor does not accept responsibility for the content of uploaded materials. The User independently evaluates the compliance of tests with their goals.

The Executor's liability does not exceed the amount actually paid by the User for the last period.

The User must comply with legislative requirements in the field of copyright and personal data.

8. Data Collection and Processing

Collected Data

• Identification Data: Name, surname, patronymic, email and phone
• Payment Data: Anonymized bank card details, payment amounts and dates
• User Materials: Uploaded files, lesson topics, course names
• Technical Data: IP address, browser type, cookies, date and time of visit
• Usage Data: Transaction history, number of credits used, selected language and test settings
• Communication Data: Messages to tech support, feedback, survey results

1. Registration and identification of users in the system

9. User Rights

3. Consent Withdrawal: Withdrawal of consent to data processing (if there is no storage obligation)
4. Marketing Opt-out: Restriction or refusal of advertising and information mailings
