This Privacy Policy regulates the procedure for collecting, storing, processing and protecting personal data when using the TestOnline.uz service. The platform provides users with the ability to upload documents, video or audio files and receive ready-made tests within minutes. By accessing the site, mobile applications or API, the user confirms that they have read this Policy and agree to its terms.

1. Terms and General Provisions

any information relating to an individual, directly or indirectly identifiable

any actions with information: collection, systematization, storage, modification, use, depersonalization, transfer or destruction

User:

an individual or legal entity registered on the TestOnline.uz platform or using its functions

Partners:

third parties (payment systems, cloud services, AI providers, etc.) with whom the Operator has contracts

This Policy has been developed in accordance with the requirements of the laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan: «On Personal Data» (02.07.2019, ZRU-547) and «On Electronic Commerce» (29.09.2022, ZRU-792).

2. Legal Basis for Data Processing

2.1. User consent. When registering, uploading materials, subscribing or other actions, the user explicitly agrees to the processing of their personal data.

2.2. Conclusion and execution of a contract. Processing is necessary within the framework of a public contract (offer) concluded and executed between the User and the Operator.

2.3. Legal requirements. The Operator may process personal data in cases provided by law (for example, accounting, tax reporting, requests from government agencies).

3. Composition of Collected Data

The Operator collects the minimum amount of data necessary to provide services:

• Identification data: name, surname, patronymic (if provided), email and phone
• Payment data: anonymized bank card details, payment amount and date
• User materials: uploaded files (PDF/DOCX documents, MP4/AVI video, MP3/WAV audio and text materials), lesson topics, course names
• Technical data: IP address, browser type, cookie identifiers, date and time of visit
• Usage data: transaction history, number of credits used, selected language and test settings
• Contact data: messages to technical support, feedback, survey results

The Operator does not require special categories of personal data (biometric, medical, etc.) and asks users not to provide them. If such data is accidentally received, the Operator depersonalizes or destroys it.

4. Data Processing Purposes

1. Registration and identification of the user in the system
2. Contract conclusion and execution — analysis of materials, test creation, export of results in PDF
3. Payment management — payment processing, subscription management, credit accounting and reporting
4. Communication and notifications — informing about service news, tariff changes, technical breaks
5. Service improvement — analysis of anonymized data to develop new features, increase security and convenience
6. Compliance with legal requirements — responding to requests from government agencies
7. Rights protection — protection of the Operator's rights and dispute resolution

5. Data Storage and Protection

Personal data is stored on servers located in Uzbekistan and registered in the state registry. Storage period — until the goals are achieved or until the expiration of statutory periods.

The Operator applies the following security measures:

• Encryption and secure channels for payment data transmission
• Network security firewalls and access detection systems
• Backup and regular software updates
• Access to data only by authorized employees with confidentiality obligations
• Regular information security audits

Personal data of Uzbekistan citizens is not transferred abroad without their consent.

6. Transfer of Data to Third Parties

Data may be transferred:

• To payment systems and banks for subscription processing
• To partner services: ElevenLabs Scribe (transcription), Google Gemini and Anthropic Claude (test creation)
• To hosting and analytics providers for service support and statistics collection
• To government agencies — based on their official requests or court decisions
• In other cases provided by law

Third parties must use the data only for specified purposes and ensure their confidentiality at the level of the Operator's requirements.

Transfer of Uzbekistan citizens' data to countries with insufficient protection level is allowed only with the user's explicit consent.

7. User Rights

The user has the right to:

1. Receive information about their data and purposes of its processing
2. Request clarification, blocking or deletion of incorrect, outdated or excessive data
3. Withdraw consent, after which the Operator stops processing (if there is no storage obligation)
4. Opt out of marketing notifications
5. Appeal the Operator's actions or inaction to authorized bodies or court
6. Request a copy of data or its transfer to another operator (if provided by law)

8. Cookies and Analytics

The site and mobile applications may use cookies, pixel tags and other technologies to store user settings, authentication and usage statistics. These files do not directly identify the user but help improve the service.

The Operator has the right to change this Policy at any time. Changes take effect from the moment they are published on the site. The user must independently track the current version.
